FIREARMS, SWORDS, KNIVES, & TRINKETS. 1) MINIATURE FIREARMS. Numerous miniature display firearms from a variety of periods including: replica Colt Single Action Army revolvers, Thompson submachine guns, M1 Garands, 1911s, etc. Guns are mostly unmarked and were produced by a variety of mfgs. and vary in fit, finish, and quality. CONDITION: good, with most guns exhibiting some age related discoloration and superficial marks from handling and storage. Some actions are loose and do not lock up properly. 2) EDGED WEAPONS. Various edged weapons including 1902 Army Officer's swords, a Prussian officer's sword, a Model 1860 Staff & Field Officer's sword, with a smaller assorted of miscellaneous knives. CONDITION: good, with various degrees of wear and some items with flaking. 3) ASSORTED MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS. Assorted miscellaneous miniature items including pickelhaubes, Brodie helmets, Civil War hats, a bear trap keychain, snap caps, as well as boxes of miniature pistols and other miscellaneous items. CONDITION: metal items exhibit oxidation and tarnishing. Boxes show wear, with most remaining sturdy and serviceable. PROVENANCE: From the Lifelong Collection of Glen E. Mattox.
