Bidders will have the unique opportunity of bidding for the beautiful Clint Eager animal giclee of their choice (a technology for fine art reproduction to make individual copies) . They may select either the Mountain Ram or the Elephant Bull.

The Mountain Ram is an image of a monarch’s final days before passing away of natural causes in its natural surroundings - Largest such Ram on record in North America. The depth of perspective is incredibly executed by Clint's painting skill and techniques. The framed Ram giclee measures 30 by 39 inches and the framed Bull Elephant is 30 by 48 inches.

Safari Club International (SCI) named Clint Eagar as Artist of the Year for 2021. His original painting, Big Bull Elephant, was sold at the National convention while 120 giclees of the artwork were made available to SCI chapters for their fundraising efforts.

Originally from South Africa, Eagar’s deep connection to African wildlife began at age six after seeing elephants for the first time in Kruger National Park. Wanting to highlight the pressures of poaching and habitat encroachment on many elephant populations, he selected this species as the subject matter for his 2021 donation to SCI.

Elephants as we all know must be protected and the lands we encroach upon, he says. On a recent trip to Tanzania with his wife, he tells how their vehicle was surrounded by a herd of cruising elephants. My wife being in Africa for the first time was awe struck by the shear grace and spectacle of these oversized creatures surrounding her. It was a pleasure watching her experience.
