The CAJUN QUEEN has donated a three-day, four-night fishing trip to our chapter. Welcome to South Louisiana.
The fisherman's paradise. The Cajun Queen will put you on the fish. Fishing will consist of plying the marsh flats for redfish and popping the beaches and bays for speckled sea trout and a wide variety of other targeted species including sheepshead, mangrove striper, pompano, white trout, black drum, and a variety of sharks, flounder and gaff top catfish. No rough waters here, just endless miles of tidal marshes-canals, man-made rock jetties and beaches. All quality tackle and live bait provided. Captain Nate, who is a pirate at heart with all good parts, can't wait to be your host on the boat. At the end of the day, your catch will be filleted and iced ready for the trip home. With the most liberal fish limits of all of the Gulf states, the odds are in your favor for a great trip.
When you adventure with us, you will stay aboard our stunning tugboat, the Cajun Queen. The Cajun Queen is a 1961 remodeled tug boat turned liveaboard lodging that boasts 2 bedrooms, 3 to 5 beds depending on the group configuration, one full head (bathroom) and 1/2 head, a full galley and social dining spaces as well as a fun upper-level party deck to enjoy Cajun country and the inner coast breeze. Each day you will depart off the back swim deck where a 26-foot EPIC bay boat docks and will take you out to the fishing waters. You will love your adventures aboard the Cajun Queen.
This trip is for two anglers. The method of take is rod and real. The trip is available during the months of mid-March through mid-November. This trip must be taken in 2026 or 2027. There are no alternate years. The location of the trip is Port Fourchon, Louisiana. You will arrive at New Orleans, LA. There are additional trip upgrades available if you would like to do this.
INCLUDED: Lodging, meals and beverages, 3 full days fishing, 4 nights aboard the CAJUN QUEEN, professional captain, and fish filleting.
NOT INCLUDED: Transportation to New Orleans, LA, transportation to and from Port Fourchon, tips to the captain, license fees ($20), taxidermy, shipping fish packaging, offshore fishing add-ons, lodge cleaning fees ($150).
This donation does have a reserve and we would like to thank Cajun Queen for this unusual donation.
