AGR Hunting Services is offering a late season Iowa Whitetail muzzleloader hunt for one person. This is a 2 on 1 hunt for 5 days in zone 5 for the 2014 season. Hunt is professionally guided in prime Iowa farmland from tree stands and ground blinds. Iowa deer license application period is the first Saturday in May (5/3/14) through the first Saturday in June (6/7/14). The Iowa DNR license fees are approximately $551.00. If the 2014 draw is unsuccessful, the hunter will automatically be eligible for the 2015 hunting season. Arrival date will be approximately December 29th 2014 and all accommodations are included during this hunt. The nearest airport is Des Moines, Iowa and hunter can rent vehicle or be picked up at extra cost. Once on site, transportation to and from hunting locations will be provided via 4 wheel drive vehicle. Outfitter advises that Iowa weather is unpredictable so check favorite forecast and pack accordingly. AGR Hunting services claim 80% chance of success.
