Short, small ring Mauser action. Oberndorf straddle type bow release one piece bottom metal. Special side safety for low scope mounting with unusual locking feature. Low bolt handle to clear scope.
Flawless French walnut stock with subdued marble figuring and perfect layout. . Schnabel forend and very trim stock. Checkered in point pattern with finely executed mullered border. Small European type cheek piece. Buffalo horn grip cap carved in shell pattern. Checkered steel Neidner butt plate. Silver stock oval. Hand rubbed oil finish.
Barrel is 24" octagon to round with full length matted rib, integral barrel front sight ramp and small bead sight. Integral sling swivel band. Rear sight integral with front scope base. European style fixed rear sling swivel on two screw base.
Scope mounts are lever release 1" rings set on double square bridge bases with integral recoil stops. Blackburn trigger with 2.75 pound pull.
Metal is rust blued and accented with niter blue on small parts.

Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made solely by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. The Boone and Crockett Club assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until the Boone and Crockett Club bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

Any bid made at a Boone and Crockett Club auction, whether in person at a live auction, by phone, on-line or at a silent auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. The Boone and Crockett Club does not accept any liability or responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bidder are those solely of the manufactures, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer.
All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by the Boone and Crockett Club. The Boone and Crockett Club shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, the Boone and Crockett Club cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the United States. The Boone and Crockett Club cannot be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
