The Big Game Records Club of British Columbia was formed in Kamloops, B.C., in 1969 - originally as the "Trophy Wildlife Records Club of BC" and subsequently in 2006 the Club made a name change to the "Wildlife Records Club of BC" and then once again December 30, 2023 to what we are now presently known as the "Big Game Records Club of British Columbia" - always with the objective of maintaining a permanent record of trophy-class big game taken in British Columbia.
Using the Boone and Crockett scoring system, the Club has scorers throughout the province for the convenience of sportsmen. Since 1982, directorship of the Club has been based on Vancouver Island.
Dedicated to wildlife conservation, selective hunting and fair chase, the Club invites the membership of those sportsmen with similar ideals.
