Lot of Two (2) Reproduction Non-Firing Napoleonic Era French Military Flintlock Pistols, by Franklin Mint, (1) Modele 1804 Naval Boarding Pistol, with display frame, NVSN, .42 cal., 6.5'' tapered round barrel without sights, marked ''1804'' at breech; beveled lock with rounded rear is marked ''Mre. Imp./de St. Etienne'' below brass pan and cock with flint in jaw; sideplate with separate belt hook; brass furniture includes engraved barrel band retaining the button-tip ramrod, trigger guard, buttcap with fancy eagle and wreath embossments, and ornate Napoleonic crest affixed at right butt; oil-stained hardwood stock with circular ''(crown)'' within ''Manufacture Imperiale'' cartouche at left wrist. Condition is excellent. Metal and wood surfaces are smooth and clean with sharp edges and clear markings. Action functions; smoothbore is clean. (2) Modele AN 13 Cavalry Officer's Pistol, with display frame, NVSN, .70 cal., 8'' tapered round barrel without sights, marked ''Mle. AN 13'' and a ''B'' at breech; full-length iron backstrap; beveled lock with engraved and rounded rear is marked ''Mre. Imp./de St. Etienne'' below brass pan and cock; brass furniture includes engraved barrel band retaining the button-tip ramrod, serpentine sideplate marked ''H'', trigger guard, buttcap with ornate eagle and wreath embossments, and fancy Napoleonic crest affixed at right butt; oil-stained hardwood stock. Condition is as new. Metal surfaces are smooth and bright with sharp edges and clear markings; stock is smooth with pleasing grain and color. Action is stout; smoothbore is clean.
