Both chambered in 30-06 Springfield. 1) Pre-64 24' heavy target, match blued barrel, has the specific clearance cutout machined on the right side of the breech to allow clearance for the large, external Mauser-style claw extractor. Has the standard Winchester factory markings on the left side of the barrel. Manufactured 1956, underside of the chamber stamped "30-06 56". Drilled/tapped for sights, no sights installed. Bore is excellent/bright, strong rifling. The blue is overall very good with some scattered light patina. 2) Pre-64 24' blued barrel, has the specific clearance cutout machined on the right side of the breech to allow clearance for the large, external Mauser-style claw extractor. Has the standard Winchester factory markings on the left side of the barrel. Manufactured 1953, underside of the chamber stamped "1C06 53". ramped, dovetailed front sight base with base for installed, rear sight base installed forward of chamber and steel insert installed in rear dovetail . Bore is excellent/bright, strong rifling. The blue is overall very good with two patches of pitting at the right side muzzle.
