Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If the winner of an auction refuses to pay the winning bid price plus any premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid. If the next highest bidder declines the item or if the second highest bidder is unknown, the CSF shall dispose of the item at our discretion.
ONLINE BIDDING/PERMIT BUYERS: A 6% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of all lots (unless prohibited by statute). Proceeds will be dedicated to CSF Policy Conservation initiatives.
