Virginia Quail Hunt for Two - Join us for the ultimate Virginia upland hunting experience.
Located only 30 minutes from the heart of Richmond, Virginia, and less than two hours from Washington, DC, you will find The Preserve at Dundee tucked away in our own slice of Heaven.
While visiting us at The Preserve, your group will be the only ones hunting, staying, and dining with us so you can expect an intimate experience especially customized for you. Our dining experiences are dinners in the field consisting of private chefs, four course meals, and wine pairings.
This experience includes:
• Two (2) nights lodging
• Two (2) half days of hunting, or one full day; unlimited birds, experienced guides and dogs, and all birds packaged for travel
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner including alcohol for entirety of stay
• Bourbon tasting can be added on for an additional fee
• Transportation to and from hunting grounds
• One (1) round of five-stand
• Transportation to and from RIC Airport (Richmond, Virginia)
• Hanover has a private airport located less than 10 minutes away from The Preserve at Dundee. This airport can accommodate planes as large as a Falcon 50. The Preserve at Dundee will provide transportation to and from Hanover County Airport, as well.
Not Included:
• Travel expenses to Hanover, Virginia
• Ammunition (Not provided but is available for purchase in the proshop)

Costs associated with all of the previously mentioned items are the responsibility of the purchaser. Bookings are arranged on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Preserve at Dundee reserves the right to accommodate observers/non-hunting guests at an additional cost negotiated with Dundee. Trips must be booked within 90 days of purchase and must be taken by March 2028 or the winner forfeits the opportunity to utilize this package.

CSF Terms and Conditions 2024 Convention
Any bid made at a CSF auction, whether in person at a live auction, by phone, or online, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction. In the event that the successful bid was made by phone or online, the bid price must be received before the close of the sixth business day after the close of the auction. Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If the winner of an auction refuses to pay the winning bid price plus any premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid. If the next highest bidder declines the item or if the second highest bidder is unknown, the CSF shall dispose of the item at our discretion.
ONLINE BIDDING/PERMIT BUYERS: A 6% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of all lots (unless prohibited by statute). Proceeds will be dedicated to CSF Policy Conservation initiatives. If the winner of this item refuses to pay the premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid.
You will also be asked to provide the following information: Full Name, Email address, Address, Phone number, Credit card number, on which an AVS is completed (Address Verification System) All purchases over the amount of $50,000 will require a call back from CSF Auction Team for verification.
PAYING WITH CREDIT CARDS: PAYING BY CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 3% ADMINISTRATION FEE If item does not get to reserve then the highest bidder will be offered the option to buy it at reserve price.
FIREARMS: Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. To meet this compliance, CSF will ship the firearm, at the expense of the purchaser, from our FFL dealer which is Cabela’s in Gainesville VA to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice after convention if the buyer is not present at the convention.
CSF AUCTION ITEM POLICY:
All goods in the live auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by CSF, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to obtain a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods sold in the live auctions are sold ‘’AS IS” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of CSF. CSF provides no warranties of fitness and expressly disclaims the same. CSF does not accept any liability or responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bidder are those solely of the manufactures, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer.
All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by CSF. CSF shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, CSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the United States. CSF cannot be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. CSF reserves the right to add items to the auctions as additional donations become available. Only CSF exhibitors may solicit and/ or market to permit buyers.
PAYMENT/PICK-UP
Buyers who purchase items through the Online Hunting Auctions website will immediately be charged for their items on their registered credit cards. Buyers may contact Kris Langevin at (860) 965-3722 and make alternate arrangements for payment within 10 days prior to the online auction and within 6 days after the online auction concludes. Once this payment is received, the original credit card payment will be voided.
