Russet Leather M1904 US Cavalry Saddle Bags with US embossing on each flap. This is the second pattern bag and were greatly strengthened by overlapping the leather an the center of the seat and running a box of stitching completely around the area. These are russet and not black.
**Leather is supple with no cracking. One quarter size hole and one small tear on the backside of one flap. All straps, rivets, buckles, and plates are present and stitching is tight. Overall in excellent condition.**
