The King Grade is a best quality gun on the H&H pattern action with chopper lump bbls. and offer the finest in workmanship. The case colored actions feature full coverage fine English style scroll engraving with floral bouquets. The engraving extends to the forearm iron and breech end of bbls. Features include gold bar marked pin type cocking indicators, double under lug locking, selective ejectors & double triggers. Right edge of long tang trigger guards are rolled. Bbls. 27’’ with concave solid ribs and brass beads. Ribs are marked “Flli. PIOTTI ITALY”. Splinter forearms with Anson releases and straight hand stocks of outstanding exhibition quality European walnut having marbled figure with rich orange, brown and black tones. Forearm and wrist have generous coverage of fine point pattern hand engraving. Toelines of stocks have brass nameplates with initials “P.J.G.”. LOP: 14-3/4’’ to checkered butts. DAC: 1-1/2’’.
