Items ship within 10 days of payment receipt. We ship UPS Ground and UPS will notify you with a tracking number when your item ships and again when it arrives at your FFL. Please see terms and conditions for other shipping information.

Please note that when you enter into a bid, you enter into a binding contract to purchase your item per the terms listed. Please do not bid if you don't intend to follow through on your purchase. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject your bid at the close of the auction, even if you're not the high bidder.
It is your responsibility to know and understand the gun laws in your state of residence. Not every firearm is legal to ship to every state. If you are a California resident, be sure to check with your state government to be sure the gun you are bidding on is legal to ship into California. We will require a copy of your photo ID prior to shipping ammunition in order to prove age. Please know your state laws prior to bidding on any item, especially if you live in California. There is a $50 relisting fee if you win an item that cannot be shipped into your state.
There are also new regulations popping up around the country concerning shipping ammunition. We cannot ship ammunition to California. Regulations in other states may impact our drop ship rates to you. We will check with you prior to shipping if the rate is impacted.

6.5% Sales Tax for North Dakota residents
$20.00 per gun Shipping Fee if you would like us to ship. Flat rate shipping of $10.95 per auction applies to items other than firearms.

Federal NICS check will be completed at time of purchase if you have won a firearm.
$50.00 per item re-listing fee applies if NICS check is denied for any reason or you fail to pick up or pay for any item. By agreeing to these terms, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the re-listing fee if you fail to complete your transaction..
