Your credit card provided to us will be charged for your purchases on Apr 24th 2021 If we are shipping your products to you a second charge for shipping will occur once your product is ready to ship. A $25.00 non processing fee will be added to any credit cards that we can't process. Please ensure that we have the correct number, and expiry. We only receive the information given when you first sign up for the auction. If you update your credit card information you will need to call us at 1-800-694-2609 to give us the new information.
International buyers may be required to pay by "WIRE Transfer"

CANADA BIDDERS: All Firearms and Ammunition sales will require a valid P.A.L. to purchase. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased for Canadians except firearms classified as antique and non-restricted. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on sale day.
U.S. and INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Have sole responsibility for their purchases. You and or your FFL may be required to file paperwork with the ATF in order to be able to import an item. Please check with your FFL and/or ATF regarding import of specific items.
Please note that we do not ship AMMUNITION, or any class, style, type of firearm to US or international buyers (if it looks like a firearm, we can't send it). **NEW** All US and International bidders will be required to use an exporter to ship ANY firearm to them. We are no longer able to send any firearm directly to you.
Storage fees of $5.00 per item per month will be charged on all items that we have not received paperwork for within 120 days of the sale. If you are unable to complete the required paperwork within 1 year your lots will be sold at the next auction. You will be charged a commission on the resale.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES: As we are selling Firearms and Ammunition it is imperative that bidders/customers provide us their correct information. We require your full correct name as on your PAL, License #, Date of Birth, Mailing address that is associated with your PAL. Customers who fail to do so, or who need the paperwork restarted due to an error on their part will be charged an administrative fee of $25.00 per lot. The Auctioneers may reject a bid at their discretion without reason or explanation. During a Online/Live called auction, the Auctioneer maintains his ability to adjust the bid increments. The bid increments could change from the standard ones that appear during "pre bidding".
RESERVES: All items in this auction are sold unreserved. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor.

A competent Gunsmith should be consulted before attempting to use or fire any Firearm or Ammunition.
