Cal. 223, 7.62X39 & .450 Bushmaster. S# 20167. Bbl. 16.5". Mfg. MGI. The MGI Marck-15 weapon system is an extremely interesting specimen to say the least. Designed over a decade before the AR platform became America's most popular sporting rifle, it was an extremely early pioneer in what would become a heavily supported secondary market pushing the bounders of modularity far ahead of its time. It features a quick change bbl. system utilizing unmodified factory bbls. w/out necessitating the use of any tools. The feature that may stand out the most is a proprietary design in the lower receiver that allows the user to swap mag wells to coincide w/ the specific ammunition desired. This specific example utilizes a low profile gas block just rear of the threaded muzzle currently sporting an A2 flash hider. Free floating QCB hand guard is a quad rail w/ 6" of mounting rail space. DPMS folding high profile front & rear sights consisting of an elevation adj. protected post and windage adj. peep. Brass deflector & round forward assist. Rubber Ergo pistol grip. 6 Position Magpul CTR shoulder stock. Finished completely in Lauer Custom Weaponry digital urban mirage-flage Duracoat. Complete w/ 2 mag wells, 1 is the traditional style utilized w/ standard 5.56x45 & compatible mags. The second is compatible w/ 7.62x39 AK 47 style mags. Also included are 2 additional bbls., both 16" chambered in 7.62x39 & .450 Bushmaster along w/ corresponding bolts w/ 3 spare bolt carriers. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: 3 bbls. total, 5.56x45, 7.62x39 & .450 Bushmaster w/ proper bolt for each. 3 Spare M16 style bolt carriers for a total of 4. 1 Spare mag well for use w/ 7.62x39 AK47 style stick mags. CONDITION: unique Duracoat finish is complete & consistent illustrating wear primarily in high contact areas w/ only a few scattered marks demonstrating nominal use. 5.56x45 & .450 Bbls. have shiny bores w/ strong rifling however 7.62x39 bbl. is quite fouled.
