Miles and Miles operate one of the most incredible lodges in all of Argentina, Estancia La Catalina with world class accommodations, cuisine and guest service. Estancia La Catalina is located in the Cordoba Province of Argentina. Flights to Cordoba airport can be easily arranged from Buenos Aires, Argentina or from Santiago, Chile. After your short commuter flight, you will be met at the Cordoba airport by a Miles and Miles representative and transferred to Estancia La Catalina. Cordoba Province is a celebrated place where thousands of international shotgunners make their pilgrimage to the dove hunting capital of the world. It is not uncommon to shoot over 1,000 birds per day. It is possible to harvest in excess of 2,000 birds in one day with Miles and Miles. This donation is a “Full House” hunt with exclusive use of the lodge for 10 hunters in single rooms or up to 20 hunters in double occupancy. Minimum of 10 hunters and includes 4 hunting days, transportation to and from Cordoba Airport, transportation to and from the field, personal bird boy per each hunter, gun cleaning, all meals and laundry service. Non-hunting guests are welcome and encouraged at the rate of $2,000 per person. Open bar fee at $250 per person which includes all beverages-beer, wine and liquor. Hunters are responsible for a $65 per day hunting permit, shotgun shells at $13 per box of 25, and tips and gratuities for the lodge and field staff. Miles & Miles can provide excellent shotguns for hire at the nominal rate of $100 per day. Hunt may be taken in 2019 or 2020. No merchandise items will be shipped until HSCF receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.

Our mission: Preserving the sport of hunting through education, conservation and the promotion of our hunting heritage.
Houston Safari Club Foundation (HSCF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve the sport of hunting through education, conservation and the promotion of our hunting heritage. Our members come from a diverse background and have a wide variety of hunting, fishing, outdoor and other interests. But they all have one thing in common-their passion for the outdoors, a love of hunting, a commitment to the responsible management of our national resources, the education of future generations and the responsibilities of being hunter-conservationists.
How do we effect change? HSCF has awarded 525 scholarships totaling $2.25 million dollars. We conduct youth outdoor education programs, career training, hunter education and field experiences throughout the year. HSCF has provided over $3.7 million in grants for hunter-funded conservation initiatives including research, habitat protection, species proliferation, wildlife management, water projects, urban sprawl projects, anti-poaching campaigns and other efforts.

Houston Safari Club (HSC) is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization dedicated to legislative and policy initiatives that may affect the future of hunting. HSC supports initiatives that protect the tradition of hunting and hunters’ rights. We take an active role in efforts to effect policy, protocols and legislation. HSC collaborates with legislators, key opinion leaders, policy groups, professional organizations and governments at home and abroad.
Live Auction Rules
§ When bidding from the floor, raise your hand high and, if necessary, stand to get the attention of the auctioneer or one of his spotters.
§ The auctioneer and his staff are responsible for the auction. Their rules must be followed explicitly. All decisions of the auctioneer will be final. Auctioneer and staff will decide any disputes regarding the bids during the live auction.
§ Asking questions ahead of time is encouraged. speak with the donor, visit their booth (if they are an exhibitor) and check their references. HSCF supports and promotes hunts and trips from donors who are members in good standing with their local and national hunting associations.
§ Some items, as components of donated hunts, may or may not be included unless specified. This may pertain to travel expenses to and from destination; hotel and meals before and after the hunt; alcoholic beverages; trophy dipping, packaging and shipping; gratuities and other items. Please review the details for each auction item.
§ Most hunt donations, unless otherwise specified, are for the 2019 season. All trips, unless otherwise specified, expire January 31, 2020. Special arrangements other than as set forth in the auction description are expressly between the donor and the auction winner.
§ Some non-hunt donations may require delivery and installation at your expense.
§ It is the bidder’s responsibility to read the HSCF Disclaimer of Liability for Goods & Services. By bidding on any auction item, whether in person or online, the bidder agrees that they have read, understand and agree to the HSCF Disclaimer of Liability.
