North River Outfitting is a small, family-run outfitting business operated by Ron Nemetchek and Maria Origoni. When you join them on a hunt in this spectacular and remote part of British Columbia, you will feel at home and welcomed into our hunting family. Ron & Maria boast outstanding success, great deal of which comes in how they manage their hunts. From their main lodge, you will fly to your remote hunting location. There's no messing around with horses or long days in the saddle. This is the ultimate wilderness hunt. Nowhere else will you find such quality moose, mountain goat, mountain caribou and grizzly all in the same area and with little hunting pressure.
Accommodations during the hunt will be in the outfitter’s lodge and in spike camps. Transportation to the main lodge is via private charter at a cost of $1,700 USD per person, round trip. You will also require hotel reservations in Smithers, BC the night before you fly into the lodge and the night after you are flown out of the area after your hunt. Your guide will cape out your trophy and arrange to have it flown out with you. If you wish to fly out your meat it can be arranged for an additional fee, most meat is donated to the communities within the hunting territory. Licenses, tags, HPF, export permits and royalties will be extra. An additional hunter may accompany the buyer for $14,500 USD plus tax. A non-hunting guest may come for $500 USD + tax per day.

Unless otherwise specified, the outfitter will be responsible for the care of the preliminary trophy preparation, salting and transportation of trophies and meat to the departure point, at no additional cost. Departure point is noted in each donation profile. The successful auction bidder will be responsible for all transportation costs and crating for the departure point to their home or taxidermist. Licenses, tags and other fees are at the expense of the successful bidder. Upon receipt of certified funds, the outfitter will acquire licenses and tags prior to the hunt. In the hunt listings, you will see the from time to time the letters “TBA” which means “to be arranged” with the guide outfitter. Successful bidders will be required to sign an insurance liability waiver form prior to taking their hunt or other wilderness trip. Al trips must be taken within the time specified. Any changes are at the sole discretion of the guide outfitter making the donation. All trips are for one person unless otherwise specified.
