Manitoba Black Bear Hunt
Outland Outfitting is owned and operated by Josh Johannson and is offering a 5 day black bear hunt in Eriksdale, Manitoba. Josh and his team spend plenty of their time in the bush through hunting, trapping and guiding, combined with pre-season scouting, which assures hunters only the best stand locations and hunting areas with the most recent activity. The hunt will take place from September 7th - 13th or September 14th - 18th, 2015. Outfitter is not offering an alternate year. Arrangements can be made for a 3 on 1 or a 2 on 1 guided hunt. Winnipeg International Airport will be arrival and departure point for this hunt. It is approximately 1 ½ hr drive to camp from the airport and arrangements can be made to be picked up. A $320.00 bear license and allocation fee is required for each hunter. During the hunt you will be staying in cabins and traveling to hunt areas by truck, ATV or UTV. It is hunter choice of rifle, bow or muzzleloader. The minimums required are .270 caliber for rifle, bow draw of 45# or .50 Caliber for muzzleloader. Additional hunters are welcome at a rate of $2350 each and a non-hunter for $700.00 each. An added bonus to this hunt is the Northern Lights are typically very active during hunting season.
