Marlin Model 1893 Lever Action Carbine Model c/w 4 x 32 Inland King Scope
Scope is an older Inland King 4 x 32 that clear and bright..
Also has an older style full leather Uncle Mikes Sling with Brass Buckle.

Year of Manufacture - Could be as early as 1919 or late as 1930. Marlins dates are
hard to figue out

The barrel is marked Marlin Fire-Arms Co., New-Haven, Ct. U.S.A. Pat Oct. 11.
1887. April 2. 1889. Aug. 1. 1893 - 30-30 and Special Smokeless Steel
The top of the receiver is marked Marlin Safety. The upper tang is marked Model
1893.
Barrel Length: 20"
This rifle is mounted with a dovetail set front blade and a dovetail set rear
leaf (there is no elevator) semi-buckhorn sight
The stocks are varnished wood. The condition of the wood is exceptional with
very few marks or dings. We believe this to be the original wood condition.
Metal finish with wear even overall.
The bore is dark but rifling is present. There is no pitting or erosion showing.
This rifle retains about 75% of its original metal finish. The balance of the finish
shows only a few surface marks
The action functions correctly. We have not fired this rifle.

When shipping is required for any purchase an additional charge will occur the day the item has been shipped. We ship mainly at cost via Canada Post. We aim to have items out the door within 15 business days after auction close.
Please note that due to restrictions we will ship all Ammunition by courier Canada wide - No ammo can be shipped outside of Canada.. We will use whatever coourier serves your location ....
We are NOT responsible for damage during shipping. We don't guarantee delivery times and will not refund shipping charges for parcels that are not delivered by a specific date.
Items over $200 will be insured and a signature 18+ is required (unless under $200 or going by letter mail).
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON LOTS THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO YOU.
Shipping charges will be determined after preparation as we need to pack, weigh and measure each box. Your credit card will be charged this amount before the parcel leaves.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: At the conclusion of the Auction all items purchased will be charged to the Credit Card that was provided at registration to guarantee payment. If shipping is required for any purchase an additional charge will occur the day the item has been shipped. A $40.00 late payer fee will be added to any invoice that can't be processed at the conclusion of the sale. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct number and expiry date. Recurring problem payers will be banned from future sales. Bidders are responsible for full payment of all their purchases at the drop of the hammer. Our Consignors are paid based on the hammer price. We will attempt to charge your credit card partial amounts until the amount is paid in full. Any purchase which has not been fully paid will be resold at the next available opportunity. Our normal commission charge (14%) will apply on re-sale. Any balance remaining unpaid after the resale will be referred to our collection agency, and or small claims court.

KOS Auctions do not guarantee or make warranties on any lot. We acknowledge that errors may occur, however, we endeavor to give you accurate information in the descriptions provided. We are available by email (pocomilitary@gmail.com ) and phone (604-796-0006) to answer questions and provide additional photographs prior to bidding, as required. No employee of KOS Auctions is authorized to make any representation or warranty, oral or written, with respect to any lot or item for sale other than the CEO.
KOS Auctions will not return or refund money if an item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in the online listing. All ratings in the online listing are subjective and are of visual opinion, no mechanical inspection is undertaken by KOS unless stated. Any concern on a listing must be addressed via email before the closing of the auction.
Any items that are purchased that we are not able to deliver will be sold at the next opportunity, regular commission charges apply to that secondary sale.
We require your full correct name and a mailing address for your items won. Customers who fail to do so, or who need the paperwork restarted due to an error on their part will be charged an administrative fee of $25.00 per lot. The Purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall KOS Auctions or its associcated companies be liable for any damages including without limitation any compensatory, incidental or consequential damages.
The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. If we sell firearms that have been previously de-activated by others, these may not meet current or exportable standards. Firearms de-activated by other may or may not have a “de-activation letter” available. We are not able to search for letters for firearms de-activated by others.
