10KO Silent Online Auction – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the 10 Klicks Outdoors (“10KO”) Silent Online Auction (“Auction”). By registering and placing a bid, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age to register and bid.
• Certain items, including firearms, may have additional age, licensing, and legal requirements.
• Employees, directors, and volunteers of 10KO may participate but must comply fully with these Terms.
2. Bidding Rules
• All bids are final, binding, and irrevocable.
• The Auction will close at the time posted on the auction site. Bids received after that time will not be considered.
• The highest valid bid at the close of the Auction will be deemed the winning bid.
• 10KO reserves the right to remove, withdraw, or reject any bid at its sole discretion.
3. Payment
• Winning bidders will receive an invoice following the close of the Auction.
• Payment must be received in full within 7 business days of invoicing.

• Failure to pay within the specified time may result in forfeiture of the item and award to the next highest bidder.
4. Item Descriptions & Restrictions

5. Firearms & Hunting Trips
• Firearm purchases require the winning bidder to:
• Be 18 years or older;
• Pass all required federal and state background checks; and
• Arrange for transfer through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Shipping must be to an FFL, at the bidder’s expense.
• Hunting trips may require licenses, permits, or compliance with state/federal game laws. These are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
6. Shipping & Delivery
• Unless otherwise noted, winners are responsible for all shipping, handling, and transfer fees.
• Local pick-up may be arranged when applicable.
• 10KO is not responsible for loss or damage once items are shipped.
7. Tax Deductibility
• For IRS purposes, only the portion of a winning bid that exceeds the listed fair market value of the item may be tax-deductible.
• Bidders should consult their tax advisor for guidance.
• 10KO will provide receipts as required by law.
8. Liability Waiver
• By participating, bidders and winners agree to hold harmless 10KO, its directors, employees, volunteers, and donors from any liability, claim, or loss related to the Auction, items won, or participation in related activities.
