'Third Variation' WWI era commercial production striker fired semi-automatic compact pistol chambered in .32 Auto. Features a blued finish with nitrate blued small parts, 3.4" barrel, blade front sight, dovetailed rear sight with 'u' notch, smooth trigger, cocked indicator, thumb safety on the left side of the frame with a push button release, heel magazine release, 8 round magazine, bulged cocking serrations on the slide, steel frame and one-piece checkered walnut wrap-around grip. All observed serial numbers are matching. Markings: one-line left slide inscription in all capital sans-serif characters, Mauser banner on the side plate and no right side slide legend. Includes a "ewx/1944/[Eagle]/[Swastika]/WaA/95" marked black leather holster with an aftermarket magazine. Pistol exhibits approximately 70% of what appear to be it's original blued finish showing holster wear, finish loss on the front strap and a heavier amount of wear on the side plate compared to other parts of equal exposure. Action is sound, the bore is good, markings are sharp, and the wood grip is good as worn semi-smooth. Condition is NRA Good++. ***C&R Firearm***
