Merwin and Hulbert SA revolver, .44 caliber, Serial #9713. The pistol is in fair overall condition as re-finished with a period shortened 4 3/8” barrel with the front sight removed. The pistol shows significantpitting and wear with an old re-nickeled finish. The frame is marked, “RUSSIAN MODEL” with faux stag grips and a lanyard ring still in place at the butt. The lot includes a hand tooled leather snap belt holster that screams, “Soy Mexicano”. The action functions and the bore is rough. An interesting rig with history that likely occurred south of the border. Est.: $350-$700. (Antique).
