Willie Botha and Legadema Hunting and Safari have donated 7 hunting day Cape Buffalo Safari in the Tete Province of Mozambique. The season is from April to November, but the best months are July to September, 2020 or 2021. Only a few dates remain for 2020 but 2021 is available. Included are trophy fee for one Buffalo, licenses and taxes, meals, accommodations, 1x1 guiding, Tiger Fishing (time allowing), transportation to Tete airport. Excluded dip and pack, airport custom fees, gratuities and hotel before and after hunt. You will arrive in Johannesburg airport where a representative will meet and assist you, they will stay with you until you board the 1 hour and 50 minute flight to Tete where you will be met by your guide and outfitter. Requirements: Rifle for big game .375 or larger, Bow for big game minimum 80 pounds. Upgrades available include extra days at the discounted rate of $300 per day, 12-15 foot Crocs may be hunted for a $4000 trophy fee, 2nd Buff $5,000, other big and plains game may be hunted for the current published trophy fees - dependent on available time and quota. The winner of this hunt may add a Bull Elephant hunt for $17,500, depending on availability, at present the tusks are non-exportable, but they will be retained for you in case the ban is lifted. By a special arrangement with our Chapter the winner of this item may bring one or two other hunters with them to hunt Buffalo under the same terms for a special discounted price. 2. This is an auction with reserve. Successful bids must meet the established reserve amount, if any, to win the item. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount of each successful bid (that meets the established reserve).

3. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
4. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
5. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased. Users agree that any arbitration or remedies sought in any way will be initiated within the closest local jurisdiction within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
6. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
7. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH MID-ATLANTIC BOWHUNTERS CHAPTER OF SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS.
SERVICES: ALL SERVICES, HUNTS OR OTHERWISE, IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS, HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED FOR AND ARE TO BE FURNISHED BY THIRD PARTIES AND CONTAIN THE SAME RESERVATION SET FORTH UNDER “GOODS” ABOVE. THE SERVICES IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF MABC-SCI. 9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
