This is a three-day guided hunt (maximum of four hunters per guide & dog) near Bismarck, North Dakota, for two hunters. Each hunter can take up to five pheasants a day (three wild, two released) over bird dogs from 320 acres of private preserve and 1500 acres of wild ground. The trip can be taken between September and December or between March and April of 2023 or 2024, although it must take place during North Dakota’s open pheasant season for three wild birds to be included in your daily limit of five. The donation includes four nights lodging, all meals, beer, use of guns from the gun room, cleaning of your birds, and transport during the trip. Personal bird dogs are welcome, and dog lodging is available. On the preserve, you can upgrade to include as many birds as you like, along with tower and driven shoots. Tips, license fees, ammunition, and transport to and from Bismarck are not included.

Hunt Donations: In reference to hunting donations, some specific dates are set by the donors; it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements regarding dates and application for any required paperwork for licenses and permits. It is at the discretion of the outfitter whether or not to honour the purchase if no contact has been made within the 30-day limit. Additionally, the outfitter is under no obligation to facilitate a hunt outside of the timeframe indicated in the hunt description. Please do not purchase the hunt if you can not utilize the hunt within the time frame indicated in the hunt description!

Live Auction
The auctioneer will facilitate bidding on live auction items, through both bids on the floor, and bids via this online hunting auction website. In case of a disputed bid, the bid may be re-opened at the discretion of the auctioneer whose decision is final. The Association reserves the right of refusal on any item.
The donor or outfitter is notified of the winning bidder by the association. All online winning bidders will have the credit card processed immediately following the sale of the item and will receive an invoice regarding their purchase within 15 days of the close of the auction by email from the Online Hunting Auction Website. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
