This Musk Ox hunt will be conducted on the mainland Nunavut or in the Northwest Territories, Canada. The hunt is 6-days with near 100% success on mature bulls. Inuit guides will take the successful bidder by snowmobile and Qamutik sleds out on the land for an epic hunting experience! The camps are basic heated wood cabins and the spike camps are insulated heated wall tents. The hunts are 1 on 2 with an Inuit guide per two hunters. The hunting will be done by travelling by snowmobile looking for small groups of Musk Ox. Once the herd is located, the final stalk is done on foot. This outfitter’s clients have taken several record-book bulls each year with both rifle and archery equipment. This spring hunt will be scheduled on available dates from February-April 2027. There is opportunity to harvest wolves and wolverine with a harvest fee of $2000 per animal. Additional hunters are welcome for a standard hunter rate fee ($12,500) and non-hunters can be added for ($4,500 each). Hunter may choose rifle, bow, or muzzleloader. Hunter is responsible for the cost of a license, tag, tips, Government trophy fee and 5% GST. Hotels may be required both before and after the hunt (approximately $200 Canadian per night) recommendations can be made by outfitter. Canadian firearm permits are required and are available online.
