Namibia Big Game Hunt For 3 Hunters - 6 Days

Description:
(100%) Fully Donated)
Namibia — Kalahari Hunting Trip Donation Package (3 hunters, 6 days)
A Kalahari spot-and-stalk that feels exclusive yet accessible: luxury chalets, included Oryx & Warthog (shared).
Overview
Some landscapes reset your sense of time. 100,000 hectares of red Kalahari sand and camel-thorn savanna do exactly that. Mornings break into a classic spot-and-stalk—glass the long light, read the wind, move when your PH gives the nod. Your donation includes one Oryx trophy fee and one Warthog trophy fee—shared by the group so you can be deliberate and wait for the encounter that feels right.
When the sun eases off, camp takes over. Luxury chalets face a flood-lit waterhole where oryx, hartebeest and warthog drift in to drink. Dinner is chef-prepared, conversation unhurried, and the stars feel close enough to pocket. Daily laundry and Wi-Fi keep everything easy so you can focus on stories worth retelling—and on raising serious funds for your cause.
Why bidders lean in: this hunt blends scarcity (prime dates, finite tags) with a status-worthy achievement that doesn’t try too hard. It’s engineered for peak moments—the hush before the shot, the thud of hooves in sand, the first night at the waterhole—that shape how the whole trip is remembered.

2 The primary use of any monies generated by this license, either by raffle or auction, will be used to enhance our educational and scholarship fund, assist with travel funds for our National High School and Junior High Qualifiers at the National Finals Rodeo and provide awards for competitors at the State Finals Rodeo and other costs associated with putting on the state finals. WYHSRA has been instrumental in exposing the public to a positive image of Rodeo and preserving and promoting our Western heritage and the state of Wyoming.
Any bid made during the WYHSRA Commissioner Tag Auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket, or, in the case of an online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid within 10 business days of the close of the auction.
If the successful bid was made online, the bid price must be received before the close of the tenth business day after the close of the auction. For any purchase of more than $100,000, upon request, all issued checks currently dated will not be deposited until the opening of the tenth business day after the close of the auction.
Any failure to comply with the provision above will result in the addition of any costs incurred because of non-compliance, plus the addition of interest at the rate of 1% per month, or a portion thereof, that payment is late.
Payments can be made by check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If the winner of an auction refuses to pay the winning bid price plus any premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid. If the next highest bidder declines the item or if the second highest bidder is unknown, the Executive Director shall dispose of the item at his/her discretion.
LICENSE BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 5% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of all lots. Proceeds will be used to cover auction fees and the WYHSRA’s obligations. If the winner of this item refuses to pay the premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid.
WYHSRA strongly encourages Special License buyers to book with a licensed, registered guide/outfitter in the State he/she is hunting. Use of non-licensed guide/outfitters may be prohibited by law. It is the legal responsibility of the permit buyer/holder to familiarize themselves with, and abide by, the game, outfitting, guiding, firearm use/importation or other applicable laws in the State, Province or Country they are hunting.
ONLINE BIDDING: All online bidders will be required to pay a 5% buyer’s premium.
You will also be asked to provide the following information: Full Name, Email address, Address, Phone number, Credit card number, on which an AVS is completed (Address Verification System).
PAYING WITH CREDIT CARDS:
PAYING BY CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 3% ADMINISTRATION FEE. PAYMENTS MAY BE TAKEN BY CHECK TO AVOID THE ADMINISTRATION FEE.
All goods in the live auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired or obtained from third parties. WFT does not accept any liability or responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bidder are those solely of the manufacturers, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer.
All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by WYHSRA. WYHSRA shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, WYHSRA cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the United States. WYHSRA cannot be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise therefrom
AUCTION ITEM: This Commissioner License is valid only for a specific region or specific hunt area as designated by the successful bidder at the time of application. In addition, once the Commissioner License is issued the specific region or specific hunt area shall not be changed. Once issued, the license cannot be cancelled, fees refunded, or transferred to another individual.
For this Commissioner License, the elk hunt areas 75, 77, and 79, which are located within Grand Teton National Park, also require a Special Park Permit issued by the US Park Service in addition to a Wyoming Game and Fish elk hunting license. Elk hunting licenses cannot be unitized in these areas without this Park Permit. The Park Permits are only issued on the basis of receiving an elk license through the Game and Fish Departments limited quote drawings. These licenses are not issued through a limited quota drawing, therefore do not bid on a Commissioner license if your intent is to hunt elk in Grand Teton National Park.
AUCTION ITEM SCHEDULE: The online auction will begin on Saturday, March 7, 2026. The online auction will be posted and live for approximately 25 days, whereupon it will close and be awarded to the highest bidder at 5:00 PM, MST on Tuesday, March 31 2026. Upon completion of the auction, the highest bidder will be declared the winner and will be notified no later than Friday, April 3.
