3 Hunters, 1 Oryx and 1 warthog included. Luxury chalets with warm water, electricity, heaters and comforters. Experience nature on your doorstep, wake-up refreshed in the morning and watch as oryx, hartbeest and warthog graze around the camp at night. All the chalets face a permanent waterhole, 50 meters away where game come to drink water at night. The accommodation includes three meals a day, snacks, refreshments, daily laundry service, cell phone reception and wifi. We have over 100 000 hectares of hunting area. Mostly spot walk and stalk. A deposit of $500 Per Guest is required to confirm dates. This deposit will be credited towards: Government tags per trophy, Extra Trophies, Gun Rental, Ammunition, Transfers. Important NOTE: Our program requires that each of the 3 hunters takes at least 1 extra trophy outside the donation package. The donation is only valid for 3 hunters. This package INCLUDES: Services of a licensed hunting guide; Tracker and Skinner; Hunting Vehicle and support team; Field preparation of trophies; Delivery of trophies to local taxidermist or shipping agent; Full accommodation with catering and laundry service VAT.

Any bid made during this online auction for the National Deer Association (NDA) constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase and requires that the bid amount be paid at the close of the auction. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal (for non-firearm items). Payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice being received by the winning bidder. If payment is not received, the auction item will be offered to the next highest bidder. Shipping & Handling:
The National Deer Association (NDA) will contact every winner by email or phone for details on setting up proper shipping, hunt information, FFL, or other necessary arrangements once payment is received. Please note, it may take 7 to 10 days after receiving your payment before NDA contacts you to make arrangements; however, all efforts will be made to make contact with you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs for physical items to be sent to your desired address will be added to the final price for all items unless otherwise specified. Payment must be received through the online auction payment platform, PayPal, or by contacting NDA directly prior to the item being shipped.
Firearms:
NDA will contact the winner of firearms to request a Federal Firearms License (FFL) information for shipping. All firearms winners must receive their purchased firearms through a local FFL and pass all appropriate Federal, State, and/or local background checks and permitting as required by their local laws.
