This hunt is for 3 hunters and 6 days! The animals to be included in the donation to be shared by the hunters are 1 Oryx trophy fee and 1 warthog trophy fee.

Logistics: Fly into Hosea Kutako International Airport /WINDHOEK (WDH) Airport which is the capital of Namibia. Once landed in Windhoek Airport our local staff will meet you and transfer to the lodge, which is a one-and-a-half-hour drive.
Lodge Accommodations: Luxury chalets with warm water, electricity, heaters, and comforters. Experience nature on your doorstep, wake-up refreshed in the morning and watch as oryx, hartbeest and warthog graze around the camp at night. All the chalets face a permanent waterhole, 50 meters away where game come to drink water at night. The accommodation includes three meals a day, snacks, refreshments, daily laundry service, cell phone reception and wifi (internet) services.
Hunting Area: We have over 100 000 hectares of hunting area. Mostly spot walk and stalk. Most of the hunts are Two on One guided. We use 4x4 trucks to move in between the hunting areas and then we spot and stalk. Sometimes we travel between 10 to 30 minutes to different hunting areas. Some areas we have are mainly for bow hunters where we have blinds over water holes and baits.

A deposit of U$ 500 Per Guest to confirm Dates.
This deposit will be credit towards: Government tags per trophy, Extra Trophies, Gun Rental, Ammunition, Transfers.
Extra Trophies Not included in the Donation:
Important NOTE: Our program requires that each of the 3 hunters takes at least 1 extra trophy outside the donation package. The donation is only valid for 3 hunters.
A 50 % Deposit towards the extra trophy fees outside the donation is required to apply for the Government Trophy Tags for the Season. (If the hunter doesn't apply for the Tags there is a chance to be limit on the number of trophies to be harvest.) Balance must be paid 45 days before arrival. Trophies that are not hunted will be refunded.
Included in the Daily Rates:
Services of a licensed hunting guide, Tracker and Skinner, Hunting Vehicle and support team, Field preparation of trophies, Delivery of trophies to local taxidermist or shipping agent, Full accommodation with catering and laundry service VAT.
Not included in the daily rates:
Hunting License U$ 150 per Hunter
Cost per animal hunted and fees for animals wounded and lost. Rented rifle (U$ 25 per day. Ammunition will be charged extra) Any damages to the rifle or accessories will be charged to the client's account at replacement cost, Transport from International Airport to lodge and back. (U$ 100 per truck Round Trip.) Ammunition will be charged extra and is charged by the box once opened All alcoholic beverages, Gratuities to Staff. The preparation, packing, documentation, and export of trophies from Namibia by a Taxidermy Transfers to other hunting areas or tourist attractions. Any air travel, Pre- and post- safari accommodation and meals, Air charters. All other items of personal nature. Any other tours in Namibia. INSURANCE AND MEDICAL EXPENSES.
Wounded Culling animals will be charged at the following cost for meat lost:
1. Small animals U$ 50
2. Medium game U$ 150
3. Large Game U$ 300
This trip is valid for 2021, 2022, or 2023
No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
All animals taken or wounded will be charged for.
Firearms and ammunition can be hired.
Travel insurance is the responsibility of the Client himself.

Any bid made during this online auction for the National Deer Association (NDA) constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase and requires that the bid amount be paid at the close of the auction. Shipping & Handling:
The National Deer Association (NDA) will contact every winner by email or phone for details on setting up proper shipping, hunt information, FFL, or other necessary arrangements once payment is received. Please note, it may take 7 to 10 days after receiving your payment before NDA contacts you to make arrangements; however, all efforts will be made to make contact with you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs for physical items to be sent to your desired address will be added to the final price for all items unless otherwise specified. Payment must be received through the online auction payment platform, PayPal, or by contacting NDA directly prior to the item being shipped.
Firearms:
NDA will contact the winner of firearms to request a Federal Firearms License (FFL) information for shipping. All firearms winners must receive their purchased firearms through a local FFL and pass all appropriate Federal, State, and/or local background checks and permitting as required by their local laws.
