Hunt Writeup: The Project
This year, the National Bighorn Sheep Center is partnering with the Eastern Chapter of the Wild Sheep Foundation to raise funds in support of the Beck Learning Center. These funds will be utilized in the build out and maintenance of the Beck Learning Center which will incorporate a 650 square foot learning center to serve as a new education center for school groups, adult conservation programs and community collaboration. In addition, your generous funding will help to support curriculum and educational expenses associated with educating over 6,800 visitors annually including 952 students, 344 adult road scholars, Camp Bighorn and daily visitors. Through education, the National Bighorn Sheep Center is at the heart of spreading the message of the plight of Wild Sheep and with more folks “in the know”, the more support we will continue to grow nationally.

The Package
To fund this initiative, the National Bighorn Sheep Center has partnered with Wyoming Whiskey to create an exclusive Bourbon Whiskey that was bottled from a single barrel. This exclusive batch was limited to 96 bottles and this is your opportunity for 1 of them. Distilled to 93 proof, this 375 ml bottle has deep copper coloration with a nose that presents of browned butter, hints of cola, black currant and dried dates. On the palate there are notes of dark chocolate, buttered pastry, cola, dried date and fig along with raisin and orange citrus undertones. The finish on the whiskey is dry but impressions of butter cream, orange peel and dark dried fruit delicately linger. A wonderful experience to behold and share with your best hunting buddy, friends or family.
