Ross Hastie owner of Red Dirt Trail Outfitters; is donating a 2 Day 3 Night trophy antelope hunt for one hunter and one observer. This hunt will take place on either August 14th & 15th or August 21st & 22nd of 2021 or 2022
Red Dirt Outfitters is located in Tucumcari, New Mexico and all hunts are conducted on private land. Ross takes a lot of pride in the quality of antelope taken on his properties and the effort they put into pre-scouting to ensure that you will have an opportunity at a quality buck.
This effort consistently produces a 100% success rate and his clients annually take multiple antelope that qualify for the Boone and Crockett record book.
If you book a guided hunt with Ross, you can except to have an opportunity at a quality antelope, and you will! Red Dirt Trail Outfitters has a 100% success rate.
Red Dirt Trail Outfitters is a proud member of New Mexico Council of Outfitters and Guides. So come on out to New Mexico and experience quality hunting, quality guides and down-home hospitality--the New Mexico way!
Included: Landowner Tag, Meals, Guide, Trophy Care and transportation in the field.
Not Included: License $362 and motel $72 per night. Ross does all the paperwork for you to get your license and he will make your motel reservations you don’t have to do anything else.
Itinerary:
Arrive Friday afternoon before 3:00 PM check in to hotel meet Ross and finalize contract. Then head to the range with your guide to check you rifle, followed time-permitting by a short scouting drive the evening before your hunt.
The next morning your guide will pick you up for breakfast, followed by a full day of hunting and ending the day with dinner with the Ross’s.
This will continue for the following or until you have taken your trophy antelope.
Please note: Basic hotel and meals are provided from Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon

Online Live Auction Policy
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on auctioned hunts, services and/or items, including fishing trips (hereinafter “hunts”).
All such auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all such hunts must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase.
If the purchaser fails to contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits.
Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
SCI-AK is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between between the purchaser and donor.
SCI-AK has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts, items, and other services; however, SCI-AK does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
All donors provided notice on the SCI-AK donation form, or other supporting documents they submitted to SCI-AK with their donation, specifics regarding the duration (in days) of the hunt/service and the available date range for completion of the hunt or service offered in the donation. They also addressed what lodging/accommodations are offered and what trophy fees are included with the donation. A copy of this donation form (and/or supporting documents) will be provided to the winning bidder if he/she requests the subject documents formally in writing to SCI-AK within 12 months of the auction date.
SCI-AK does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
Several bid items have undisclosed reserve amounts. The seller or its designee reserves the right to bid up to, but not over, the undisclosed reserve amount.
The goods and services offered in the auction are sold “as is”, including any faults or defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of SCI-AK or Safari Club International (SCI). SCI-AK and SCI make no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
The winning bidder acknowledges that SCI-AK and SCI cannot be responsible for, or liable for, any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can SCI-AK or SCI be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
SCI-AK reserves the right to add/withdraw any item from the auction line-up.
All donations will be used for efforts to protect our hunting heritage, wildlife conservation projects, and other core missions of SCI and SCI-AK, so please bid generously!
