Description:
New Mexico Hunting Adventures offers elk, deer and bear combination archery hunts on both private and public lands.

Elk - These units have resident elk herds, so migration is not an issue!!! Hunting techniques vary from spot & stalk hunts, calling, and sitting over waterholes. Based on location, timing and activity of the elk, you and your guide will work out the best suited technique to ensure for your success. This hunt takes place during the elk rut, so come prepared for the excitement of chasing bugling bulls. Hunters who come prepared for a mountain hunt will generally have a 100% shot opportunity on rag horn-300+ class bull/some scoring even higher.

Hunt Drawing Permits: Hunters will be applied in the state draw. Drawing odds vary depending on the year but increase to roughly 60-80% when applying with outfitter endorsement. If unsuccessful in the draw hunters will have the option of applying for a 2026 drawing permit in 2026 or purchasing a landowner tag. If unsuccessful, 2026 applicants must purchase a 2026 landowner tag ranging from $5500.00 plus. Contact Vincent for Landowner Permit location, price and availability.

Mule Deer - Your chance at a trophy Mule Deer is great with us because we manage ranches with high populations of deer, which give you the opportunity to harvest the trophy of a lifetime. The archery hunt provides the best opportunity for hunting deer during the rut.

Bear - New Mexico's vast wilderness and diversified terrain along with good populations of bears provide a very high successful hunt. A black bear can be harvested, if seen during the hunt.

Not Included: lodging and meals. License fees (elk $885, deer $485, bear $380), Landowner Tags are NOT included, but can be purchased if required (contact NMHA for Info), NMGR Tax and tips.
