NEW ZEALAND HUNTING ADVENTURES
We are offering a New Zealand Hunting Trip for 2 Hunters and 2 Observers for 5 days
and 4 nights at our privately owned, 22000-acre Ranch.
Fox Peak Station is known best for its Big Red Stags, Himalayan Bull Tahr,
Wapiti, Fallow Bucks and Chamois like nowhere else in New Zealand.
Package includes: Transport to our Lodge, from Christchurch in the South Island of
New Zealand, and whilst on the hunt. 2 on 1 Guiding,
On location Lodge Accommodation, Cooked Meals, all refreshments,
Field Preparation of your Trophy's
and Delivery to our Taxidermy for Mounting or Expedite.
Complimentary Rifle hire and Ammunition.
We are also offering a $2500 credit to each Hunter on any 400 + SCI Class Red Stag.
All other species are available on our property and can be added at any stage of the
hunt. Observers are also welcome to hunt at no extra cost other than what they choose to hunt.
Animals include Wapiti/Elk, Bull Tahr, Fallow Buck or Chamois.
A $3000 deposit per hunter will be required to secure the booking, this will be held as a credit towards your chosen trophy or trophies, this hunt donation cannot be used in conjunction with any other donation hunt.

Auction Shipping Info
Shipping arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the winning bidder. NNMSCI assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No merchandise items will be shipped until NNMSCI receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted. Winning bidder authorizes NNMSCI to charge their credit card for the full amount of the winning bid upon close of the auction. Payments will not be accepted from any third parties outside of a successful qualified bidder nor may the responsibility for any transaction be transferred to a third party.

Auction Terms and Conditions
Live Auction Rules
Auctioneer and staff will decide any disputes regarding the bids during the live auction.
Donors are not allowed to bid on their own donations nor have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same he may withdraw any or all items donated by the offender.
Some of the items on the donated hunts may not be included unless specified:
A. Travel expenses to and from destination
B. Hotel and meals before and after the hunt
C. Alcoholic beverages
D. Trophy dipping, packaging and shipping.
E. Gratuities
Most hunts, unless otherwise noted, are for the upcoming season. All trips, unless otherwise noted, expire January 31, 2018. Special arrangements other than as set forth on the auction list are expressly between the donor and yourself.
Some non-hunt donations will require delivery at your expense. Any firearms that may be included in the auction are subject to all state and federal laws. Transactions for these items will be handled by an approved FFL provider. The FFL provider information will be sent to the winning bidder for completion of transfer.
Payment for auction items may be deductible as business expenses but are not deductible as charitable donations for Federal Income Tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor and the IRS for more information.
Disclaimer of Liability
Goods
All goods in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by NNMSCI and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, ammunition, or other items, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of NNMSCI. NNMSCI makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. NNMSCI does not accept any responsibility or liability for any design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Services
All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired from and are supplied by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by NNMSCI. NNMSCI shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damage arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, NNMSCI cannot be responsible or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can NNMSCI be accountable for any inquiries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his purchase is final and nonrefundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for these services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, NNMSCI shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs of court, and interest as provided by law.
NNMSCI is not responsible for any delays or difficulties in bidding related to internet connectivity, server or any hardware or internet related issues.
A 5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price of each item sold online.
