New Zealand 5-day Himalayan Bull Tahr Hunt for 1 hunter
Come to the beautiful South Island of New Zealand & hunt free range with Croc Adams for the beautiful Himalayan Bull Tahr. Glen Lyon Station is home to the best Himalayan Bull Tahr hunting in the world and provides for a challenging and thrilling hunt as your guide takes you through the South Island high country. Tahr were gifted to New Zealand by the Duke of Bedford in the early 1900’s and are hunted for their horns and impressive mane. Tahr can be hunted all year round but for the best capes March to August is the best time. Croc has been guiding hunters since 1975 & has other species available – free-range & estate Red Stag, Chamois & Fallow buck. Take in some spectacular sightseeing, shopping excursions, and fishing with the very friendly New Zealanders during you visit.
