Here is a great opportunity to add a Moose to your collection of trophies. This 100% donation is a six day hunt for one from Long Range Mountain Inc. which is operated by Sharon Biggin. The outfit is in a remote wilderness camp in area 39 on the Great Northern Peninsula of Newfoundland. The remoteness of the camp (accessible by float plane only) insures little or no local hunting pressure, coupled with the fact that area 39 is one of the most densely populated moose & caribou areas on the island, offers their clients an extremely high success rate. The hunting area has only been hunted since 1993 with a very limited number of animals harvested each year. Guides are all experienced woodsmen and native Newfoundlanders that know the hunting area well. This hunt will take place Mid-September 2014 rifle season. Game that can be added to this hunt is Woodland Caribou. License fees are included in this donation and an extra hunter can be added for $3995.00. Arrival and departure point will be Hawks Bay which is the base for the float plane. All accommodations are included in this hunt, staying in rustic cabins with in-door plumbing.
