An original oil on canvas titled 'Watchful Eyes' by Gary Swanson has been donated to the SCI Foundation by Frank and Sharon Marciante. Depicted are a mother giraffe and her calf on the Serengeti. Other giraffes and zebras can be seen in the background of this beautiful piece. This painting was originally commissioned for a private collection and measures 51.5-in. x 35.5-in. framed. Gary traveled to nearly every game field on earth, so that he could seek out the secret haunts of the wildlife. For Gary, the freedom, power and romance of the outdoors were a vital part of his creative process.
