Outstanding blue sapphire and diamond ladies ring set in 18K yellow gold. The ring features a great cabochon blue sapphire of approximately 1 ct. surrounded by ten round and two marquise cut high white diamonds.The ring is marked, “18K”. A nice vintage piece from a local estate. Est.: $300-$600.
