Basket Includes products grown in PJ’s garden and peaches are from South Carolina:
1 jar of Dilly Beans - pickled green beans—crisp, tangy, and heavily flavored with dill and garlic. Think of them as the green-bean cousin of a classic dill pickle.
1 jar of pickled peaches - a Southern delicacy made by preserving ripe peaches in a sweet, tangy, spiced vinegar brine. The result is a unique combination of fruity, tart, and spiced flavors. Pairs beautifully with savory dishes like roasted meats (especially pork or ham), and for a fruity topping over vanilla ice cream for dessert.
1 jar of peach jam - concentrated peaches, sweetened and preserved into a soft, spoonable form that tastes like summer in a jar.
1 jar of peach berry jam - blended fruit preserve that combines the mellow sweetness of peaches with the deeper, slightly tangy richness of blueberries
1 jar of pepper jelly - The flavor is where it stands out: it starts sweet and slightly tangy, then finishes with a gentle to sharp heat depending on the peppers used. That contrast—sugar up front, heat at the end—is what makes it addictive. Pepper jelly is especially popular as a condiment. It’s often served over cream cheese with crackers, used as a glaze for meats like chicken or pork, or paired with cheeses on a charcuterie board. It can also add a sweet-heat kick to sandwiches or marinades.
1 jar of homemade pickles - so addictive
