White Rhino Vita Dart Safari. Here is your chance to complete or just Start your Big Five! You will shoot a rhino with a dart loaded with vitamins. The Veterinarian will then immobilize the rhino.
This donation includes the following: Accommodations, meals and laundry service for 2 people for 7 Days of hunting. Two days allocated to the dart hunt, if required, use of a dart gun with Vita darts, services of qualified Vet and all necessary equipment, immobilizing and recovery drugs, services of a helicopter for monitoring and locating the Rhino after it has been immobilized if necessary, services of field staff and qualified PH (for seven days) to assist the client with locating a particular White Rhino for vita darting.
Clients can take part and assist the vet in the micro-chipping, DNA sampling, and ear notching procedures as necessary. Photos can be taken of the client posing with the Rhino while the animal is under sedation and measurement of horns will be taken. For a fee of $2,500 you may have a replica of your Rhino completed. As an added bonus, Dave Davenport of Leopards Valley Safaris will provide a cameraman for three day during the Rhino Dart period (you can add more for $200 per day).
Airport transfers from Port Elizabeth S.A. and return are also included, along with hunting License and Field preparation of your trophies. Over 30 species may be hunted at Leopards Valley during your stay for the cost of the Trophy Fees, as per the Outfitters price list. Many of the hard to find Species call Leopards Valley home including Vaal Rhebuck, Red Lechwe and the Cape Species. You may add additional days ($400 Hunter, $195 Non-hunter) and side trips.
Hunt is good April thru August 2020 or 2021.
