Highlight your collection with this fabulous set of four knives from Heritage Collectibles/Housewares showcasing the acid-etched signatures of the Elk Foundation’s four founders, Robert Munson, Bill Munson, Dan Bull and Charlie Decker, on mirrorpolished Buck #110 blades. The knives are created by world-famous Navajo artist David Yellowhorse, who has carefully cut the Elk Foundation’s official logo from German silver and inlaid it into desert ironwood. These ironwood handles are strikingly accented by turquoise strips which add distinction to this fabulous set. The knives are displayed in a handsome case of walnut lined with luxurious red velvet contoured to cradle each knife, and a brass identification plate is embedded in the center of the velvet.

Auction Terms of Sale
The auctioneer has final authority on the amount bid for any item and/or the identity of the purchaser of any item. By bidding on an item or service, you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchase that item or service. All sales are final.

Firearms
All firearms will be shipped from RMEF headquarters in Missoula, MT to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer of the winner/buyer’s choice. It is the responsibility of any raffle winner or auction buyer to make arrangements with the FFL and to know the local firearms laws. Before taking possession, the winner/buyer will be required to complete a background check. If for any reason the winner/buyer is not eligible to receive the firearm, it is not the responsibility of RMEF to provide an alternate or to issue any refunds.
Hunts and Trips
Additional expenses not included in donated hunts and trips may include but are not limited to gratuity, taxes, taxidermy, transportation, meat packaging and processing, and shipping.
Tax Deductions/IRS
The market value or estimated fair market value will be provided for each auction item. IRS rules permit a charitable contribution for the amount paid in excess of fair market value. Only that part of the payment made with the intention of making a gift and for which the taxpayer receives no consideration qualifies as a contribution. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of any item purchased at auction.
