Oil on card painting titled "Childrens Ward" by Vladimir Vasilevich Shavrin (1928-1985), Russian. Vladimir Vasilyevich was a teacher of the Voronezh Art school in 1975-1980. In 1975, an exhibition of Shavrin's works was held at the Voronezh Research Institute of Communications. In 1986, personal exhibition was held in the exhibition hall of the Union of artists. Vladimir Vasilyevich presented it at the Voronezh Regional Art Museum, named after I.N. Kramsky. In very good condition. Measures 25x21 inches framed. Provenance from Studio B Gallery Henderson, NC. BIDDING
Bidding advances shall be regulated by the auctioneer and shall be at his discretion. He or she has the right to refuse any bids. Some of the items offered at auction are subject to a reserve. A reserve is a minimum price agreed upon by the consignor of the property and the auction house. The auctioneer may bid on behalf of the consignor in order to reach the minimum sale amount. If the minimum amount is not reached, the auctioneer may pass the item. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of clients and vendors, but shall not be liable for errors or omissions in executing instructions to bid. All bidders are required to complete the registration and obtain a bidder number. All registration cards contain the full name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. Absentee bids may be left via our website, or at our store location. Absentee bidders agree to all terms and conditions. In terms of a tie in bidding between an absentee bidder and the house, the house will win said item at their amount bid. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. PAYMENT

If an invoice remains unpaid for longer than this time, the item(s) will be considered forfeited and ownership of property will revert back to Affiliated Auctions.
