Rare and Desirable Borchardt Model 1893 Semi-Automatic Pistol, by DWM, with case and accessories, #2433, 7.62x25mm Borchardt, 7-1/2'' barrel, blue finish with straw and niter-blue small parts, finely checkered walnut grips with smooth border, right side of frame marked with 2nd Type ''System Borchardt.Patent.'' markings; top of toggle marked ''D.R.P./No. 75837'' denoting patent; ''Deutsche Waffen-Und Munitionsfabriken/Berlin'' to right side of upper receiver. In modern case, with combination shoulder stock/holster, as well as original screwdriver, cheekpiece, lubricating tin, magazine hold-open device/oiler. Condition is excellent with light toning and discoloration to left rearmost portion of frame and spring cover. Grips with very minor flattening to checks and small impressions to left panel. Magazine hold-open device and combination oiler is a modern reproduction, as is cheekpiece assembly. Action functions as designed, bore remains bright. Leather components to shoulder stock are high-quality replacements, and stock has been expertly refurbished. Newly made case is in excellent condition and shows well.
