Black bridle leather, with gilt brass belt plate, Silver wreaths, and large silver& #34;R& #34;. The belt has separate at one part. This a very rare Officers Rifleman& #39;s belt and sword hanger. A museum tag has it attributed to Capt Samuel Walker. It is an original and the type he would have used.
