The top of the slide is serrated to reduce glare. grip/stock configuration & condition: the grips are checkered black hard rubber with logos at the top and smooth borders. The grips have light handling marks with some light scratches. There are no chips or cracks. The grips are in very good condition. type of finish: bluedfinish originality: originalbore condition: the bore is mostly bright and the rifling is sharp with light fouling. There is light erosion scattered throughout the bore. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 7. 5/10. overall condition: this firearm retains about 90% of it's original finish. The finish shows edge wear, thinning at the muzzle, light scratches, and some minor flecks of oxidation. The markings are clear and complete.
