Sn: 35853/61 Re-serialized once percussion single action revolver converted to cartridge and chambered in .44-40, manufactured in the 1860's. Features a blued finish, 8" octagonal barrel, loading lever without ejector, German silver cone front sight, v-notched rear sight, non-fluted six shot cylinder, brass trigger guard, smooth trigger, checkered low hammer spur, and two piece smooth walnut grips. Matching serial numbers on barrel & grip frame(original #'s) and on barrel & under trigger guard(new #'s). Revolver retains 40% original bright blue with the remainder consisting of dull blue mixed with minor losses and light oxidation. Action is mechanically sound, bore is excellent, markings are very good, and wood grips are fine with few small losses. Condition is excellent. ***Antique Firearm***
