Expectations of hunters:
1) Bring another hunter and extend the hunt if feasible
2) Hunt from the outfitter's price list after harvesting donated trophies if additional game are
available and tip generously
A donation may not be combined on another hunting trip unless outfitter agrees prior to auction.
Dave Dowland, owner of Dowland Tile, Stone and Interior Finishes, has donated labor and materials to build your new home, finish the basement, or remodel your existing home.
Dave is a long-time SCI supporter, and this is his first donation to our banquet and what a donation it is. Did you imagine coming to a hunter auction and going home with plans for a remodel or new build? Dave’s company is one of the largest flooring contractors in the state. They can handle any job commercial or residential. This donation is for flooring and countertops for one residential kitchen or other rooms in your house.
This donation may be used as a credit toward a larger project than the square footages and allowances included below. Materials and installation beyond the allowances will be paid by winner as well as any other related services not included in this description.
Flooring Materials
• Flooring includes up to 1,000 SF of flooring (LVP, engineered hardwood, tile, or carpet)
• $6/SF material allowance (maximum allowance is $6,000)
Flooring Installation
• Includes labor for full installation on a 1,000 SF standard substrate with standard patterns, underlayment and pad for carpet
• Does not include additional costs for non-standard substrate including self-leveling surface, cracks, or stairs, and does not include demolition or haul away, which can be added at standard rates.
Countertops Fabrication, Installation, and Materials
• Materials include two slabs of material up to 80 SF
• $20/SF material allowance
• Standard edge
• 4” backsplash

Purchaser agrees that any claim of any kind is limited to the outfitter, service provider, or manufacturer.
Hunts, Trips, Services. All hunts, trips, and services are provided solely by the “Third Party.” SCI does not perform any of the services related to travel or any hunt, trip, or service, as all are the responsibilities of the Third Party and Purchaser. Any negotiations or changes or additions to the “Description, Third Party/Merchandise” is strictly between the Third Party and Purchaser.
Merchandise. SCI has obtained all merchandise/goods from Third Parties. Purchaser understands and agrees that SCI makes no warranty and bears no responsibility for the quality, quantity, or fitness for any use of any merchandise, as all are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Purchaser understands and agrees that SCI has not inspected or tested any merchandise and Purchaser agrees to assume all responsibility for the testing and use of the merchandise.
