American made bolt-action centerfire rifle chambered for .30-06 Springfield, and manufactured circa 1998 in Southport, CT. Rifle features a satin stainless steel finish, scalloped dovetails on receiver for scope mounting, a 22" tapered stainless steel barrel, no provisions for sights, smooth curved trigger, mauser style bolt with a turned down and swept back handle, hinged floorplate with a release lever on the trigger guard, and a serrated three position swing safety at right rear of receiver. The black synthetic furniture consists of a semi-pistol gripped shoulder stock with grooves at the wrist, grooved panels at forend, sling swivels on the bottom of the shoulder stock and forend, and serrated solid black rubber recoil pad. A Simmons Deerfield 3-9x32mm rifle scope (Model 21012) with a duplex reticle is mounted to the receiver using 1" Ruger proprietary rings. The original stainless steel finish retained is approximately 99% with nothing remarkable. Metal displays no rust, or deformation. Action is smooth and crisp, and the bore is bright with strong rifling. The synthetic furniture is in excellent condition with superficial handling marks, and a material transfer on the rear of the shoulder stock. The scope's sight picture is bright and clear with the slightest of yellowing.
Condition is NRA Excellent.
