Custom rifle, signed by Dale A Storey of DGS, Casper WY. American made single shot, Falling-Block rifle manufactured circa 1968. Re-barreled & chambered for 7mm DGS, a wildcat cartridge based on the 7x57mm Mauser case with a "blown out" or improved shoulder. It features a custom 26" blued tapered octagon barrel by Les Bauska with integral quarter rib, and receiver with no iron sights but is drilled and tapped. It has a serrated trigger, tang safety and smooth operating lever. The two piece walnut stocks, checkered at the wrist and forearm have a black metal Ruger grip cap, sling swivels and a red Ruger butt pad. Comes with a Leupold VARI-X 3-9x33 scope, rings a Triple K leather sling, RCBS dies for 7mm DGS and a wooden brass case holder for 100 rounds with empty brass. Bore looks great, bright. Metal finish looks great. Wood stocks look pretty good. There appears to be some loss of finish on the shoulder stock but still in great shape. Overall very few signs of use, wear or handling. Barrel stamped "DAS 92987" under forend (1987). Condition is NRA Very Good **C& R Firearm**
