Hunt Terms & Conditions:
It is the intention of Rush Canyon Ranch to provide the Hunter with a reasonable opportunity to harvest a whitetail deer, of the caliber/range advertised and agreed upon by the Ranch and Hunter. If the opportunity does not present itself, the deposit shall be applied to a future date minus any expenses incurred by Rush Canyon Ranch. Your Guide will confer and coordinate with you to determine the deer to be harvested prior to taking a shot. You must receive approval from the Guide before any shot is taken. Presentation of a whitetail deer in your class, approved by your Guide for harvest will fulfill the obligations of Rush Canyon Ranch. There will be no deposit refunded if the deer is not harvested. If a Hunter harvests a deer that the Guide approves, but that deer scores more inches/has a higher price point than the previously agreed upon inches and/or price point in the Contract, the Hunter does not pay the difference. If a Hunter harvests a deer that the Guide approves, but that deer has fewer inches/has a lower price point than the previously agreed upon inches and/or price in the Contract, the Hunter pays the price for those inches detailed in the hunt price guide attached to the sales Contract (i.e., Hunter pays less for a smaller deer). If a Hunter wounds an animal, they are still required to pay in full for that animal. Every possible measure will be taken by Rush Canyon Ranch to recover that animal for the Hunter. Additional activities (besides whitetail hunting) will incur additional fees. Rush Canyon Ranch reserves the right to postpone or cancel a hunt temporarily or permanently, and to keep any harvested animals, if the Ranch determines that the payment is fraudulent or insufficient.

Safety Policies:
Rush Canyon Ranch reserves the right to postpone or cancel a hunt temporarily or permanently if the Hunter shows signs of intoxication, incapacitation or is in any way incapable of hunting safely as determined by Rush Canyon Ranch. Rush Canyon Ranch reserves the right to do background checks on anyone coming to the property. A copy of hunter’s driver’s license required before staying or hunting at Rush Canyon Ranch.
