SAVAGE MODEL 1907 SEMI-AUTO PISTOL.

Cal. 32 ACP. S# 8903. Bbl. 3 13/16". Mfg. 1910-1917; approx. 259,000 in 32 cal. Very early example w/ blued Savage logo checkered metal grips; hard rubber initiated S# 10981. Very innovative for it's time w/ high capacity mag. & advertised as "shoots where you point", meaning where your index finger points. Case colored smooth faced trigger & mag. release on front strap. Grooved spur hammer, fixed sights, square cut cocking grooves & early high gloss finish. Later models incorporated leaf spring style holder so cartridges could not fall out of chamber unless pulled out by extractor. MAGS: 1 near excellent factory 10 rd. that properly drops free. CONDITION: careful scrutiny will turn up a sm. spot or 2 & hint of beginning thinning such as front of slide but overall superb, near excellent, collector quality that appears unfired w/ near excellent bore.
