Alaska Arctic caribou hunting at its finest. Hunt Alaska’s largest caribou herd on their migration route from summer to winter habitats in the passes of the Brooks Range. This hunt will be conducted under permit from BLM in the vast National Petroleum Reserve, although we will be over 100 miles from the nearest oil well. Camps will be simple wall tents with on the shore of one of a dozen or more lakes spread out over the foot hills of the Brooks Range. Our camps are within 10-50 miles of what is known as the most remote place in America. Hunters can expect to see from 10 to 10,000 caribou daily: most days sightings are 50-500. Hunters are asked to limit their gear to 50# including rifle.
Grizzly trophy fee $4,500. Not included flight into Bettles from Fairbanks. Dates are August 4-11. May be upgraded to include a Grizzly/Caribou float trip for $4,000 over 10 days. Extra hunters can be added at a cost of $7,500 per person.
